Caleb Pope of Nicholas County is the best runningback in the state that no one knows about. He can run through or around you. 267 yards on 28 carries in this one and 176 yards on 26 carries last week against Lewis. Look for him to be putting up some even better numbers as the season goes on.

Fleming County was actually up 33-14 at the half and 45-26 near the end of the 3rd. Nicholas just kept pounding away and pulled it out. Pope had 11 carries for 30 yards in the first half and 17 carries for 230 in the second!
