SPARTA, Ky. (AP) - Gov. Steve Beshear says the state will make$3.6 million in road improvements around the Kentucky Speedwayracetrack where massive traffic jams marred a Sprint Cup race inJuly.

The state will make much, much more from this track, with the improvements. Tax dollars, a lot of times, make money for the taxpayers.
