Congrads Olivia Nienaber, you ran a great race today. And Ashley Svec really deserves a big congradulations. This young lady from St Henry was favored to be in top 3 before an injury shut her down for a couple of weeks. This was her first week back since a stress fracture and she ran a great race considering what she has been through and helped her team win a state title (they would not have won without her performance).

LEXINGTON -- Forgive St. Henry for thinking it might have been in heaven for a few exhilarating moments on Saturday following the Class A cross country state championships at Kentucky Horse Park.
Less than one hour after the boys repeated by winning the small-school team title, the Crusaders girls' made it a sweep by winning their third crown in four years.
