NKY 8th graders shine at XC
#1
Congradulations to NKY 8th graders who shined at the varsity cross country championships.
Olivia Nienaber of Brossart finished 3rd in class A.
Lauren Ossege of Highlands finished 3rd in class AA.
Two very talented, multiple sports stars that will be heard from for the next 4 years.

Not to mention the 7th grader from Collins High, who won the AA race. Her sister, a senior, finished 2nd.

Can't imagine having that type of training partner daily!

She is an exceptional runner; had the fastest time on the course for the day.

Also 8th Grader Josh Hannon from St. Henry District finished 57 in time of 18:28.07

Makes you wonder what motivates kids that young to get out and run?

My Priorities are:
1)God
2)Family
3)Cougar Athletics!

Everything else doesn't matter![/COLOR]

This is even more unusual for boys since they develop later than girls. Looks like Hannon has a bright future.
