Although the state claims to be in budget trouble seems like there's always money for certain things.I guess a lot of politicains play golf or know someone who does. $400,000.00 for Stonecrest. $100,000.00 for Stumbo golf course at Allen. $100,000.00 for clubhouse design at mountain recreation area.

So how about healthcare-$50,000.00 for cancer screenings.
