yes you can go to emergency room and they will stablize you ronald reagan signed that bill then the hospital and doctor pass's the cost to
people who have insurance hint premiums go up obamacare is trying to
get more people in buying insurance so the preimums will not raise so
fast what are the republicans ideal?
