I don't have to go to the ER. I can go to any doctor and pay cash for services rendered. Many adults without health insurance choose to pay out of pocket/self insured. Some doctors are beginning to create their own "insurance" or membership into their practice

As long as America continues to lead in medical research/medical tools and devices/medical technologies the cost of health insurance will continue to go up no matter the political party. Ask your doctor if he upgrades his medical devices across his office on a regular basis
