doubtful.

No way will they go undefeated. I think Pcc and Hazard will both be better teams.
#6
Knott should be one of the top 3 teams in the region. "A team is only as good as its guards" Adolf Rupp, and Knott has the best guard in the Region, Justice is a baller.
#7
BB must be missing his Horse in Davis their schedule is weak for a school that returns 4 starters off a quarterfinals team..They should be playing better teams than their schedule and they wont be playing the regional at Knott. HUM

Knott County does have very good guards. Justice is one of the best from the mountains, and Corey Short, another KCC guard that sat out last year due to acl tear, is back and that duo will no doubt be tough to handle. I just don't see how they could possibly handle the inside presences of Johnson and Cornett at PCC, or Hudson and Whitaker from Hazard.

Is it true about any transfer that they may have gotten?
#14
Heard Knott had 2 transfers. I have no idea on any specifics.
#15
Knott will win District
#16
Knott has zero transfers from what im hearing
#17
Got a 6'2 transfer from Welsey Christian that is already eligible from what I hear. Got a foreign exchange kid but not sure if he is a baller or not.....

Tough schedule for KCC! May win the region but they will not win 20!

You left out "all-A" on your region

Cougar Connection Wrote:Tough schedule for KCC! May win the region but they will not win 20!

I'm willing to bet that they will indeed win 20 games this year.

zaga_fan Wrote:You left out "all-A" on your region

Your right zf not only will they be region champs come march, they'll also be "all-A" state champs.
#24
I'm with ballers I'm willing to bet they'll get 20+ wins...

Downtown10 Wrote:I'm with ballers I'm willing to bet they'll get 20+ wins...

No disrespect but I sure hope they get 20 wins with this schedule. With the exception of rep bank and wymt the only teams on this that has a chance to beat them is HHS and PCC. They only play them once, it will surely b a 20 win season.
#26
^ The district is weak no doubt but what can ya do, plus they got a few games that are part of a two year deal that are not so good. I agree 20 wins shouldnt be no problem. This team will be as good as last years team.
#27
The thing for KCC is can they be defensively good without Davis?
I know they got a few big bodies (christian and the Hall kid) but that is really what it's going to come down too. They can put points on the board in a hurry but can they stop or hold the other team from scoring?

It will come down to region and district just like last year. Depending on the draw I believe we will see either KCC, PCC, or Hazard in regional finals. Early prediction I know a lot of people like Breathitt - but something tells me they will make an early exit.
#28
The 14th will be loaded this year. I look for it to be Knott and Perry Central in the finals.

IMO Christian was the best defender Knott had last season. I'm almost certain that cam will be a better defender this season. This is still a young team so Only time will tell but I think they'll be ok.

Can't argue with that. He had Matt Day in fits in the regional finals.
