I learned that I live in the Congressional District that Ben Chandler currently serves and has served for a few years now.

I have always liked Chandler but some stuff recently is putting me off a little.

In your opinion, please give me positives of both AND negatives of both.

I know how difficult that must be, but remember that Chandler has been elected AND reelected and is seeking reelection again. There has to be something good about him and there has to be something good about Barr because the polls are too close for him not to have some positive aspects.
