Since Obama has contradicted himself in the two autobiographical works attributable to his hand, and since they contain most of the information that is generally known to portray his life before his days at Harvard and Columbia, it is difficult to say what is actually true about his life. Two observations, first that's some scary stuff, second the quotes out of his own mouth---"the free market, it doesn't work, it has never worked" and "The American people will embrace the change"

Dusty's observation about sheep in another thread was spot on. I have studied, to some extent, the transformation which occurred under Hitler which started in Germany of the 1930's. It was a transformation of the minds of the German people, they literally fell under the spell of Adolf Hitler. All one must do to juxtaposition the rationale used by Hitler to fit what is going on in the US these days (but to a significantly lesser degree because of our free press) is substitute the term rich republicans for the words des Juden', Hitler thusly turned the people of Germany against each other. And the Jews were accused of greedily hoarding all of Germany's wealth. Nobody trusted anybody else, mistrust mutated eventually to hate. I have written about this before on here, the seeds of insurrection are sown in our own sweet land. Folks who vote for a representative form of government, then allow the opposition to define the decisions they have made. Not good.
