N.Y. Post publishes photo of empty Oval Office: ‘America must elect Romney’
#1
If Mitt Romney loses the 2012 presidential election, he certainly can't blame the New York Post. The News Corp.-owned tabloid published a photo of an empty Oval Office on its Election Day cover, declaring "All This Office Needs Is a Leader" and "America must elect Romney today."

"Americans today make a fateful choice," the Post wrote. "Will they continue down the path to terminal indebtedness and endless economic decay -- or will they try something different, something more hopeful?"

Last month, the newspaper endorsed Romney "for America's future."

Here's an excerpt of that endorsement:

Scrape it down to bedrock, and Mitt Romney knows that there is but one issue in this campaign: America's woeful economy, and the demonstrated inability of President Obama to cope with it.

Obama says he inherited the mess, but he's done nothing to fix it. Borrow, spend, regulate and redistribute is not a prescription for sustainable growth, yet that has been the totality of his program.

The Post also posterized the president on "a cataclysmic breakdown of U.S. leadership" in the Middle East.

Rupert Murdoch, whose News Corp. owns both the Post and Fox News, was critical of Romney during the campaign and actually endorsed Rick Santorum during the Republican primary but has since backed the GOP nominee.

Last week in the aftermath of superstorm Sandy, Murdoch tweeted that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie "must re-declare" his endorsement of Romney "or take blame for next four dire years."

He has been golfing for four years.

We need a leader. President Obama would be a good basketball team captain, but he's not the type of leader than can lead a country, especially the strongest on earth. Not to mention the absolute clusterfack we're in economically right now, with no real effort to unfack.

The only people I know who are voting for Romney is a few of my family members who are straight Democrats who vote party (idiots), nearly all of my black friends, and some college friends I know, mainly females. That's it..everyone else I've talked to are voting Romney. God help us if we lose this.
