Highlands Girls are the 2012 AA state cross country champions!
The team is made up of 1 seventh grader, 2 eighth graders, 2 freshmen and 2 juniors. The future of their program looks very bright. Congrads to first year coach Alessandro for his wonderful job of improving the program and bringing home a title. He also brought home the NKY middle school championship this year. Coach of the Year!

Goes to show you! Start them out young running. It pays off. Congrats to Letcher Central boys for finishing 7th.
