Hopefully Hedley (big blazin' saddles fan), Mitch & the Gang can id, negotiate, and close effectively sooner rather than later.

Exit clauses and bowl obligations come into play with regards to timing. I'd like to think some penalty $$$ will come into play for early departure. If not that may be a sign we don't have the right guy ( wouldn't have to worry about that with Petrino....GUT ).
