There is a random gas station in Mount Olivet, KY that has great soft-serve ice cream.

They went out of business, but White Mountain Creamery was awesome. Freshly churned, little air, and the flavors were great. My favorite was Derby Pie made with Wild Turkey. There was a store in Lexington and Bowling Green. I miss that place.
