Pike County Southern Conference Boys' Standings
#1
I created this thread to update the standings in the Southern Conference of Pike County. The teams in the conference are:

Dorton
Elkhorn City
Feds Creek
Millard
Pikeville
Valley
#2
Dorton is 2-0 right now with wins over Feds Creek and Elkhorn.

I know Millard had a win over Pikeville tonight and should be in 1st place with their results so far. Hopefully someone from each team can update their standings thoughout the year.
#3
Millard is 2-0 also, with wins over Elkhorn City and Pikeville.
#4
Pikeville is 1-1 with a win over Elkhorn City and a loss to Millard.

So based on information from this forum the standings should look like this:

Millard 2-0 wins over EC and Pikeville
Dorton 2-0 wins over Feds Cr and EC
Pikeville 1-1 won against EC, lost to Millard
Elkhorn City 1-3 won against Valley, lost to Millard, Dorton and Pikeville
Valley 0-1 lost to EC
Feds Creek 0-1 lost to Dorton
#5
EC is now 2-3 in district play

Not sure how the actually rankings should look based on wins/losses so you'll have to help me on that.

You have it right from what I can tell. Should be based on winning percentage and head-to-head on ties until all games are played.

South 1, 2, and 3 and North 1 and 2 get the byes. The South has 6 teams this year, with the North having 5. Pikeville swings back and forth from year to year. Next year the North will have 6 teams.

Head to head results determine the seeding in case of a tie between 2 teams. We were involved in a 3 way tie in girls a few years ago and we did a coin toss.
