Risky scheme
#1
Anybody remember that catch phrase created by the DNC during Bob Dole's challenge to Bill Clinton in the 1996 presidential race? Al Gore and Billy boy used it time and again when referring to Dole's idea to do away with the IRS. In the most ominous of terms and with a grave countenance, they hit the catch phrase at every opportunity as being nothing more than a "risky scheme". Democrats are all about catch phrases and branding political foes. Take the last presidential election. We saw the labeling of Romney, having been called a 1 percenter, and as one having a personal 'war on women'. Supposedly he was anti-immigration and a rich white man, who didn't have a scintilla of compassion for the poor masses who, would very merrily close any factory or industrial concern if he could make a buck.

Now, in the absence of a presidential foe, Obama is having to deal with the slings and arrows associated with his own record. See, circumstances can be 'labeled' as effectively as can people. The rash of scandals presently besetting this White House has just been spun and repackaged. It seems they are "Phony Scandals", who knew?

Finally, media types from sources other than Fox News have had enough. "On Tuesday, August 6th at 10PM ET, CNN's Erin Burnett will host “The Truth About Benghazi: An Erin Burnett Outfront Special Investigation.” The program follows the recent revelation that 35 CIA agents were on the ground in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012." http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/...zi-Special

Is CNN making a move to 'come to the light'? Democrats made an absolute Mount Everest out of Mitt Romney's record which, for practical purposes, was spotless. Republicans now have enough political fodder to make up the whole Himalayan Range. Maybe between Fox and CNN we can finally get some accountability.
