Where has all the pitching gone to in the 14th? It seems like in the mid 90's and early 2000's the 14th had guys that could throw the baseball.

Kids in this area doesn't play as much in summer like they used to do. You can tell the ones that do, but it just isn't a lot that play.

You may be right. I remember when PCC had a stud rotation, Neon, Lee, and Hazard all had guys that could light up the radar gun both RHP and LHP's.
