Leon Panetta Blows the Lid Off Obama Adminstration
#1
This bombshell will hurt the President. Finally a patriot from the left has the courage to stand up and put country ahead of party. In his soon to be released book entitled "Worthy Fights", Panetta seems determined to wash his hands of the President's "Don't do Stupid Stuff" policy of doing business.
BOOK EXCERPT---
Too often, he "relies on the logic of a law professor rather than the passion of a leader." On occasion, he "avoids the battle, complains, and misses opportunities."

A criticism many have made about this president is that he always seems to think he's talking to impressionable college students when he takes the podium. Panetta said further that the now infamous failure to back up his "red line" threat to Syria hurt America's image and that his failure overall to confront terror created a vacuum into which ISIS entered and grew.

This book looks to be worth the read. And no question, Leon Panetta is a Democrat.

It would be nice to see more of this.

He makes a similar observation about Hillary Clinton, saying she would be a "great" president. "One thing about the Clintons is, they want to get it done,"

He is very critical Obama on several issues and rightfully so, but don't get too carried away thinking this is a conservative battle cry or anything.

Let the man talk. Just pointing out he is an outlier and this is the way of conspiracies. People always wrongly suppose the ranks will remain closed. The top two Defense Secretaries of our time have both come out with books that bemoaned the naïveté governing the actions of this administration. And as far as supporting Hill, I wasn't suggesting that Panetta had completely woken up. Just that he has limits as to what he can tolerate when the good of his country is at stake. I wish more Dems had similar notions of patriotism.

Heard General Jack Keane speaking this evening on the news. In case you might be wondering, "General Keane helped conceive the new Iraq war strategy and then sell it to the White House. He advised on its implementation, visiting Iraq often and reporting back to the president and vice president."
http://online.wsj.com/articles/SB122186492076758643

Nobody dares to deny the effectiveness of that strategy, and most agree that incoming President Barack Obama threw away the fruits of victory delivered by that strategy in scramming out of Iraq for purely political reasons. Reasons that he felt at the time benefited him BTW but, reasons that when back dropped against present day events, have proven to be foolhardy and novice in nature. Not to mention deadly for many.

General Keane said among other things, that "Obama has never ever listened to his military advisors." As I have mentioned, he has had his way from day one. But, in this case just try to wrap your head around the insufferable arrogance with which an incoming college prof/community organizer turned politician, would necessarily have to be beset, in order to completely discount the advice of the Pentagon in favor of his own ideas. It's mind boggling, the well being of countless millions around the world who are used to taking America's lead at stake, but he doesn't need any advice. And, the general's close friends there at the Pentagon told him that in today's meeting, Obama again blew off the pleas of top brass to allow any change in the ISIS strategy at all. As soon as that exercise in futility was over he was off again on another two day fundraising outing.

There is only one way to clip this guy's wings. A majority in the House and the Senate. I'm really looking forward to November 4th.

Both Gen. Jack Keane and Gen. Bob Scales are patriots. We need men like them making the military decisions in this country. Obama has no ability to make these decisions. Obama hates the military. But, for obvious reasons, we all know Obama gets a pass on everything.

Maybe not this time, at least not entirely.

EXCERPT---
"Amanda Duvall, a spokesperson for the Benghazi Select Committee, made that revelation when asked to comment on a letter addressed to the House panel’s chairman from the Benghazi Accountability Coalition, which is made up of prominent conservative figures.

In the October 10 open letter addressed to Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), the House select committee chairman, the coalition requests that Panetta testify before the panel this month.

The coalition wants Chairman Gowdy to “promptly secure the testimony under oath of Secretary Panetta"

lol, Sharpton told his 17 viewers the other day that Panetta was sickening and a horrible person for doing this to Obama.

Panetta is respected on both sides of the aisle. People like Mr. Jackson is whats wrong with this country today.

Yes and these so-called civil rights leaders are swaying public opinion toward dangerous and untenable territory. As the result among other things, we are already seeing a very alarming scenario playing out. Law enforcement is close to becoming neutered where black suspects are concerned. In Missouri a black offender carrying an illegally concealed (and possessed weapon) fired three shots at an officer. The officer returned fire and shot and killed the black man. And, guess who's getting all the scrutiny and on administrative leave pending an investigation to determine if he should be prosecuted? Right, the cop.

To anyone who has been literally 'under the gun', he knows the panic and adrenalin associated with split seconds to react, get out his weapon and fire accurately in time to save his own life in a gun fight. I can tell you this, America has seen way too much TV. Nobody is calm and serene under such circumstances, after all it is life of death at that point. If one has a 10 round clip in his gun and in a gun fight, it is my contention that most or all of those rounds will be fired due to the extreme duress of facing one's imminent death. So, you're not taking prisoners at that point. You're trying to survive. Therefore, it is not so hard to believe the officer fired 17 times in an effort to save his own life.

Now, what is the reason for this sudden surge in power by the Sharpton's et-al? The DOJ and upwards have extended them their support and assurances. And, to dupe the masses into acceptance of the whole rationale in a persuasive as possible case, the dutiful media arm of the liberal cause are making a Hollywood grade presentation of their case via TV. That being the liberal, main stream media. If one would doubt that, just listen to Ben Affleck or Rosie O'Donnell speak. I can assure you that main stream news anchors and actors are an interchangeable commodity. Cut from the same cloth if you will. People of reason must wake up and get themselves to vote these knuckleheads out. In a few short weeks this nation has yet another opportunity to heal itself.
