Senator Smith has filed a motion to have his DUI charge dropped because of a special privilege he has while legislation is in session.

Why don't they just rob a couple banks during this time, and save a step???

Well that motion has been dropped by Brandon Smith and his attorney.

But his license was revoked!! I can't believe we have a sensible judge in this case!! Anxious to see the end result.
