Triple H is very high on Samoa Joe and is willing to give him a shot in NXT. Vince doesn't have that much interest in Joe but is willing to give him a tryout at the performance center

Austin has been pushing the WWE to go after Joe for years. I'd love to see him in WWE, but Vince has not been a fan. I see Joe back in ROH before he would consider NXT. He's 35 years old, NXT is for guys in their 20's, I'd be surprised, not shocked, but surprised to see him consider that.

Joe is also a mega-star in Japan. I see him following AJ Styles lead and taking his 2 week gigs in Japan where he will make mega bucks, and then going back to ROH for 2-3 months before repeating the cycle.

I never liked Somoa Joe, they made him their golden boy for a while in TNA.

I thought when Sting started acting like the Joker was weird - but he did a good act with it.

But I still think that Joe & WWE are negotiating.
