Lawerence came to Bell about 7-8 years ago and lost. Destroyed locker room and had 2 thrown out and they gave everyone in the stadium the finger.. $ 6500 in damage!!

I was at this game and there were adult fans of Bell county cussing and trying to fight our players as soon as the bus pulled in. Numerous fans were throwing food at our players and walking around to our side of the stands and throwing food into our crowd and cussing fans. Racial slurs toward and numerous other things said by Bell in that game that you oddly seem to leave out of your post. That was the worst situation I have ever been in or seen anywhere at a high school game and I will never go back to Bell county for any reason after that game. I have been to rowdy places before but nothing holds a candle to the way Bell county's fans were that night. The players that did get ejected for us had to be taken away by police escort so those kids didn't get attacked by the crowd of grown men cussing and throwing stuff at them. Tell us again how your locker room got tore up for no reason by our evil players. :please:

Has anyone ever been to LC? There fans were cheering those actions. Trust me there actions are a product if there surroundings. It was sad to watch on the field and in there stands. Enjoy basketball practice Monday LC.

Unfortunately, I think you are onto something with being a "product of their surroundings." Anytime you have a school where this behavior is consistent in all it's sports, it can't soley be put on the coaches shoulders. He does have a huge role to play, but it's everyone from the top down. Whether it's the AD, principals, teachers, other students, or their parents, they all are at fault for this. It's not just football. So it has to be the environment these kids are being brought-up with throughout their academic career. Until it changes from the top down, this will always be something to expect from LC when you have them on the schedule in any sport.

Lawrence County has a great football team and played their hearts out both times against Belfry. Props to yall. Just get controll of some of the hot heads and you all will be fine. Great offence that is tough to cover, work on the D and stopping the run. I hate to see the kids act like that and it happens, but you all have my repect anyway. Teach them character as you teach them the game and the game will improve. Good luck to yall next season.

I was the one that said that about him being chewed by coaches. Personal fouls are part of the game and players get them for one reason or another. Be got called for 1. The Dalton kid got 4....4. Take that however you want it.I've tried to take the high road and am still going to. But Dalton had problems last year and the same this year. He can't lose without showing his temper. Plain and simple. If he was reprimanded it sure didn't help because he kept trying to start fights. The "dance" really has pissed you all off

I've got to say I've never seen kids that was so disrespectful to another teams fans and coaches. LC's players where giving our fans and our coaches the middle finger. There coach must have been as low. I would have drug a player of mine off the field and he would have sat in the stands with his parents.

And they said we was running there mouths on them we played em,and we took all the blame guess the door swings both ways!

Your statement would be accurate if this was an isolated case. Its not. It happens in almost every sport LC has. I realize when it's your own team you seem to have blinders on, but do you realize, not just in football, that coaches in eastern KY give the "retaliation" talk to their teams every single time they play LC in anything? That alone doesn't allow you to blame it on "kids being kids." That is a transparent example of the culture they are brought up in. You are correct though, they are kids, that should learn from their actions. Blaming them, or saying people just "hate LC" is a distraction from the adults in Louisa taking responsibility for the overall issue.

The community, parents, and administrators condone the actions of another team's player slugging ours while standing on base. :lame: Oh, but but but.....he was running his mouth.....but but but........:dontthink. Please. Facts are that Pike Central is the biggest group of thugs in the region. Their history is rather lengthy. And were you at the Belfry game? One LC player got a few flags for "jawing" with other players. How many times do you see this on the field at ANY game? It happens. The officials threw a couple of those flag premature. A simple "get back to the huddle" would have been sufficient.


You guys are making a mountain out of a mole hill. But....it's over. Let it rest. And please, for the love of God, stop making it seem like LC deserved to have one of their best players struck in the face repeatedly. That's what you are sounding like and it's pretty sickening.

How many players have been ejected from pike central in the last year?
How many schools in the region do you have to have sombody stay on the bus at all times to prevent vandals from destroying it, just one pike central! !! Get your school in line before you worry about LC.

Two different fouls . Unsportsmanlike conduct and personal penalties , Reffs use those to keep from throwing kids out . Quinten Baker had 1 personal and 3 unsportsmanlike against Raceland, if you get 2 personal fouls you get ejected but no ejections on unsportsmanlike conduct penalties. Raceland don't play Belfry so I have no idea about them but they do LC and in our experiences with them they are as about poor sportsman as they come , at the end of the Raceland game here kids were trying to start fights and neither dalton along with another kid I can't remember his number wouldn't shake hands after the game they just went to the side and pouted.. Kids will be kids but that's parent and a coach issue with no control over his program
