Pacquiao says gays worse than Animals

And, if anyone needs a refresher course on the continual assertion of what has yet to be proven, "it ain't me, babe...no, no, no it ain't me.". Why? Because in 1789, the vision the Framers had of "we" allowed for some pretty serious absence of justice. That's a fact, Jack. Not opinion.

More like treason or heresy if ask me.

All of which just underscores that though the historical record proves otherwise, and owing to the mob-like mentality of which they are driven, the delusional rantings of the left are not open for debate. In fact, the left will never settle for any sort of centrist compromise. Theirs is to win at any cost as is clearly reflected in their attempts to rewrite history in a manner which supports the alternative future they hope to force on the rest of us. The gays will never stop pushing, nor will I suspect, many of the black community and especially the black caucus. And so we see the absolute necessity of not allowing your hero Barack to name yet another vacuous bimbette to the SC.

And again for the record, you're white.

Not at all, let them do anything they want as long as it does not adversely effect me or my family. But you certainly want to use that guise to feign self righteous indignation as if you are offended over the treatment of minorities.

The truth is that you hate traditional America, along those who love traditional America, and all that it stands for.

The Urban Sombrero Wrote:"Hey, if California wants to let darkies go to school with whites, that's fine. If Kentucky doesn't, even better. Nowhere does it say in the Constitution the races have to attend the same schools. The Tenth Amendment, man, the Tenth Amendment.". If the Constitution cannot address basic discrimination unless Alabama concurs, or the suffering must wait 140 years, then it is a dead document and belongs on the scrap heap of history as a failed experiment in liberty and justice for all.

Wow you are racist.

We don't call African American "darkies".

Talk about you democrats wanting to take us back to the 50's.

I still find it amusing that race comes up in a thread about homosexuals mental illness.
Race has been a go to for dems for too long. Nobody cares anymore.

Let's just tell it like it is. Racial prejudice as directed from whites to blacks is nearly non existent. Maybe it used to be the case back in the 50's and 60's, but it isn't now.

The Reverend Al Sharpton types want the 50's fight to continue, (even though word has it he was otherwise occupied selling coke back when the civil rights fight was waged.) Anyway, men such as him do their dead level best to keep the war going. They have done the country a tremendous disservice in propagating their lies. If they'd shut up, or better yet if they'd take their ill gotten fortunes and move to a tropical island someplace, they could live out their lives in royal fashion and the citizens of this good country would be infinitely better off.

The idea here presented is that textualism is akin to gradualism in addressing massive injustice.

I don't know why you think people are taking the textualism approach.
Nearly every law you liberals want have been given to you by your socialist party.

Don't worry, less than one year until we undo this ridiculousness.

That's what kills me about the La-La's. Initially, they spouted their blather and conservative folks not wanting to stir an uproar, chose to keep their silence, thinking to themselves, why give any credence to their spew, it will never happen anyway. Mistaking that silence for passivity, La-La's now spout their blather, and they have mistaken the lack of challenge as an indication of the right's inferior intellect.

Therefore liberals nowadays routinely insult the intelligence of those to the right on TV's news shows and other venues. That brings us to the term gradualism. The frog thrown into a pot of boiling water will jump right out, but, if you put that frog in water which is room temperature and slowly bring that pot of water to a boil, the frog will stay in and get boiled. The rationale is, if the right were subjected to too great a change, they would wake up and stop the madness. So, the left is taking baby steps, or so they once were.

Obama came to town and stomped the accelerator and still, it took the best part of eight years for most conservatives to understand that they were in hot water. A dangerous cloud of naïveté and disbelief had set in over the shinning city on the hill at Washington, DC, it's true. If nothing else though, Donald Trump has taught us once more that not only is it ok to challenge enemies foreign and domestic, it is imperative to our survival as a sovereign nation that we do. At any rate, I suppose we're supposed to be so stupid we don't understand that gradualism, or redistribution of wealth, or the repeal of DADT, or destabilizing the Middle East, or the apology tour, or reseeding the USSC 5/4 in favor of Liberal Justicies, or the 10's of millions of Latinos who pour through our purposefully nonexistent border in order to change the demographic of this land, is intended to "fundamentally transform the face of America."

And so we come to the point of all this. Originalism as Scalia knew it, or textualism which like a cheap translation, waters down significantly what Scalia believed, is about all that stands in the way, of massive injustice. Thus, "the people" are speaking out. The wall that Trump would build is the first thing of substance that they have seen. That versus the abstractions, the fuzzy math (20 Trillion dollar debt) and blowing smoke, (Benghazi etc. etc.) of which they have had enough.

The idea that freedom of conscience should not be trampled upon, the idea that law should equally protect everyone, the idea that Justice is granted to all, these are the principles I believe make America a "shining city on a hill.". I don't call those who believe in original intent racists or idiots. I simply hold another view.

Since my friend, WR, informed me that some of you guys had me mixed up with Sombero, I'll come back one time after not gracing this page in many months to set one thing straight with exactly one post, never to come back again. As I told you guys many, many times, I don't hide behind webpage monikers, and I don't switch up identities. If I intended to post on BGR, I'd post with the identity you guys are well aware of. I would have thought, at least you, would have figured me out better than anyone. You know I don't hide. It looks like Sombero has everything well under control in handling you guys, and calling you out. After reading some of Sombero's posts, it's really an honor that you guys think that I am he. FTR, being away from BGR makes one a better person.

WR, I'll see you as usual, away from here. Keep up the good "life work".

At least you have not resorted to arguing with yourself. Like I said, same old RV.

Thank you for that I however, remain unconvinced.
