The two year time frame with Brooks players ? He was a disaster and why he's never been a HC after he almost killed the program single handedly but that's JMO :eyeroll:

Joker inherited Brooks' players that got him into a bowl, and when Stoops took over, several pundits in CFB said he inherited one of the most untalented rosters in FBS. Joker damn near ripped the wheels off the program in just a few short years, put us in a large hole talent-wise that we are just now recovering from.
