I am willing to help tho... even if I have little knowledge about it. Well, the best thing you can do is to visit a pc or gaming store. For sure they have someone who can help you build your PC. You can also watch videos on YouTube. It definitely helps a lot.

If you have, then I would be glad to provide some suggestions if you can let me know what your budget is. At this time, the best performance and value for a CPU will probably be an AMD Ryzen. The best value for a video card will probably be an AMD card as well. If ray tracing is a high priority and you prize performance at any cost, then you will want an NVIDIA graphics card.
If you are going to use a PC for multiple uses, then you should definitely go the AMD route.
I highly recommend using PC Part Picker to plan your build.
