yea up my wayin floyd the snow plow came through and you cant even tell what it did, its super slick on the road.

Is it just me or do those bladded things just scrape away the snow and leave the ice? It eliminates the stuff that might even help give some traction....

I would really hate to go to school on Friday after not going all week, so I really hope they add Pike to the list.

True, but Floyd waits for awhile unlike everyone else.

If you saw a dog walking near the BOE in Floyd, chances are schools will be closed. lol

Yeah like I said the other day, if a deer took a piss in front of the BOE, they would call it off.

Good luck...I graduated pretty early last year...I think that might have been the earliest that Floyd had ever gotten out in the summer...
BTW... no school in Johnson either.

IMO.... as far as Pike Co. goes, I think they should either grant us back the 6 days we worked and the kids attended OVER what they are supposed to last year........ or the state department should look at the outting for the flu as an epidemic... if a doctor recommends that schools close then that should be looked at differently.....As it stands right now, they took 3 of the days we were supposed to use for weather for the flu closings. That is something that is beyond anyone's control and they should be granted days for that... BUT... who am I .... LOLOL.... its just my opinion..
