I bought my program Saturday and never looked at it until now, It doesn't have Pike Central girls in it. Do I have a bad program or was all of them like this ?

They were all like that. Pike Central's girls, along with a few others were left out of the book. There was a notice on the table where they were being sold explaining why.

What was the reason they were left out ? I sent my daughter and she didn't notice and I walked by it several times and didn't see the notice either.
