However, I do agree that they need a 4th team in the 59th and 60th districts, it just bothered me that someone was basically saying that is the reason that the 57th didn't win it!

No One is saying that its why the 57th doesn't win. Just saying that they kill themselves to just get out of the Dist. while others get a free ride to the Reg. for being a #1 seed. Just would be nice to see the Districts evened up.
