An amazing Elite 8 in Championship Bracket with the following 4 Advancing:

Harrison County
Southern (Lex)

Harrison County beat a tough Meyzeek in a game back and forth 39-32 and will play Southern (Lex) who beat a traditionally tough North Pulaski in a real tight one 39-36

JCTMS (Louisville) beats a real good St Pius team from NKY in the thriller of the Elite 8 39-38 and now plays a high scoring Lyon County team that was just too much for Crosby 50-4 (Louisville)

Eastside (who have beat West Jessamine, Millard,and Powell County)
Southern Pulaski (who have beat Adams, Bourbon, and East Oldham)

Lyon County continues its amazing high octane offense with a commanding win over a good JCTMS team (64-12) and Southern (Lex) beats a game Harrison County team 38-29

Down to the finals (Gold Bracket):

Perennial Powers meet as its Southern Pulaski vs Meece

Southern Pulaski beats a good Eastside team in a competitive win (53-48) and Meece wins 45-31 against a hard playing Whitley County team

Congratulations to Lyon County for winning the 2018 6th Grade State Championship 58-26 over Southern (Lex) who is just starting out their season. Lyon had a dominating weekend winning all pool and bracket play games by >20 points and Lyon County teams are coming back for 7th and 8th Grade State as well.

In the Gold Division congrats to Southern Pulaski barely edging out Meece in thriller 48-45.

Thank You to all the teams for participating, including the coaches and parents!! It was a great tournament with over 60 teams from all over the state and hope all had some great experiences and made some lasting memories....
