Hilarious. As I type this, freshman Congress-girl Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D) NY, is in the hallway outside Nancy Pelosi's office, protesting HER!

LOL, you can't make this stuff up and you can't, they say... fix stupid. ABTW, reports have it that Ocasio-Cortez and her significant other are so flat broke that they can't afford to move to DC until after she starts receiving her congressional paydays. Relax citizens of New York's 14 District, you're in good hands. :please:

Do you have any proof of this?

I like MSNBC better but that's decent. I guess it's true then, but even if so look at the jobs she held before. Should we really judge her for not being able to afford her own apartment?

Who said anything about judging her? However, I will say if she wants to suspend further unflattering analysis, she might want to avoid the microphone.

Well, you, Hoot, JetPilot, and Bob Seger don't waste any time making fun of the poor on here. It's disgusting and deeply offensive. You certainly were quick to point out that she couldn't afford to pay for an apartment.

Lie, none of us have ever made fun of the poor per se. I alone took a swipe at Cortez because I thought her election was in a word, offensive. And in voting for her I think New Yorkers are off their nut.

Nonetheless I'm sure you're deeply offended for AOC's sake. I on the other hand prefer to take her for her socialist promises and advocacy.

I have never made fun of the poor. I have attacked parasites who are willfully unemployed and use society's safety net as a hammock and I will continue to do so.

AOC whined because taxpayers don't pay people for winning elections but only pay people after they begin working. Nobody forced her to move to DC without a job. She could have continued tending bar in New York until she took office or she could have taken a bartending job in DC to make ends meet. AOC did not come from a poor background.

LOL. But she did come from a poor judgment background.

I am deeply offended by that because people are greatly exaggerating AOC. First off, we need more young people running for congress. We need more candidates that can represent and relate to people. Not another old white guy which seems to be all the Republicans have to send. She took the step at age 28 to run for congress, a brave step that very few would have taken. Look at the agenda she has pushed heck if anything she is more of a moderate. She's pushed a moderate new deal and pushed a moderate agenda throughout her entire time in office, not the socialist agenda everyone claims.

Can you ever point to a time where she even said she was a socialist?

I'll answer that for you, no she hasn't.

And Hoot, you and TRT called the poor parasites? That's just unbelievable. Just because somebody can't find work, they are not parasites.

Some people also get too discouraged to look for work after a long job search. They shouldn't be judged, and thankfully are not counted in the statistics for unemployment.

The breadth and depth of your ignorance is astounding. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a member of the Democratic Socialist Party. We have no shortage of young socialists in this country. There is nothing moderate about her. Socialists are pond scum who will turn this nation into Venezuela if people of your ilk get their way. They and those who share their sick ideology are parasites..

And that's where you go wrong Hoot. You get BOLDdemocratic socialismBOLD and socialism mixed up. But that's nothing more than I would expect. You've always posted a bunch of blather on here and twisted people's opinions to suit your own argument. The straw man.

I'd say your a parasite. It's YOUR party that has sucked the life out of the working man, the hard working union man, for many many years and YOUR party that is the reason we see so many poor people on the streets.

All they have to do to get off the streets, is go to the nearest welfare office. Why do you suppose they will not do so?

Well I wanted to make sure I had it correct, that it was the urban outdoorspeople and not a different topic. They don't go to their welfare office because maybe they feel bad like they're taking advantage of people by doing it.

Oh, okay. So what we have here is selective humility then huh? They feel bad about going to the welfare office. But stepping up to the free phone tent and standing on street corners asking people for money are noble pursuits. And of course they have an advocacy of clear thinkers such as yourself, who continually demand that the government give them more free goodies. And in turn, tax exponentially more money from the same middle class that you have identified as victims of government in the first place. That about right? Sparkling logic.

All of which conveniently looks over the obvious fact that devoid of work, they get ALL their needs met by 'taking advantage' of the charity of others after all. Sci-Fi; debate team first place :1:

Let's get this straight once again. I know you're a retread. I know you're faking a certain unfamiliarity with website functionality. And I know though you may be supremely naïve, your dumbed down act ain't flying as far as I'm concerned. Nonetheless though less than honest, your fakery does occasionally give opportunity to write about the failing nature of our society. So like it or not, your put-on posts do sometimes serve a purpose.

Do you every have any moments of lucidity when you realize how illogical your own posts are? I have a hard time believing anybody could be dumb enough to actually believe the things in which you profess belief. Are you actually as shallow and misinformed as you seem?

Say what you want about me, all I can say to you is if she puts her name in the hat, is good luck. Just about any democrat is a shoe in if they want it. There's a pretty good chance that even KY on the 2020 election map, will be blue. 16 years without a republican President will drive a few of you over the edge.
