The UK camp went really well," Ratliff said. "I threw the ball really well, and the coaches bragged on my arm. They said I had a real strong arm and a nice release. They want me to work on my footwork. My best 40 time was at the UK camp, which was a 4.81. I talked to coach (Steve) Ortmeyer, my recruiting coach, and he said they are reviewing my tapes and they'll get back in touch with me. He said they were very interested when they visited my school."

Ratliff is also receiving interest from Marshall, EKU, Wofford, and Pikeville. But one thing that won't change for Ratliff is his unabashed love for Big Blue.

"I have been a Kentucky fan all my life," he said. "It would be great to play for Kentucky. It would be like living my dream. My goal is to be wearing a blue jersey."
