Probably Rowan County because of Mason Moore. Other then that it’s wide open IMO.

64th district will be strong on top and weak on bottom again, Ashland and boyd county should be 20 game winners with a couple of stud pitchers in region, and sadly Fairview and rose hill will be lucky to win 10 games between the two. maybe combine rose hill and Fairview in future?

Raceland IMO will be the early favorite. Rowan has a lot to replace offensively, but should have solid pitching at the top of their rotation. Sleeper team could be West Carter.
