Punxsutawney Phil didn’t see his shadow this morning so we are going to get a early spring! I’m getting my boat ready!

Now Phil and his predecessors have only been right 39% of the time but I’m taking whatever positive I can get!

I just Googled it, and the site I read stated that this groundhog is right 39% of the time.
