Ok here is an interesting question:
Do you think that Kentucky will lose a congressional seat?
I say no, the population gains in Northern Kentucky and in Warren County off set the loses that are happening in Eastern Kentucky.
Eastern Kentucky has lost much over the 40 years and continues to do so.
Each of us could go to the generic talking points of why and maybe I will start a thread on that but for this thread: just the generic question do we lose a congressional seat or do the lines get redrawn?
