Stop the Steal
I notice you have never, ever, ever, responded to the question of what is Trump doing right now. Just because he is now a lame duck gives him no right to abandon his responsibilities to the people of this nation. Instead he is either out playing golf or firing off meaningless tweets. How about focusing on some real issues instead of a lost election?

What percentage of all fatalities have consisted of New York residents? Of the ten states with the most fatalities, how many of them have Democrat governors? Of the bottom ten states in total fatalities, how many have Republican governors? You are a Democrat hack in every sense of the word. No honest person would blame the president of this republic for all the deaths from a pandemic. We have a federal system of government and the chief executive of each state has certain responsibilities. Democrats look for scapegoats. Trump seeks and finds solutions.
Trump seeks and finds solutions?!?!?!? That’s right up there with your flourishing red state comment. Trump seeks golf courses and porn stars. In any other endeavor, he couldn’t find his rear end with a flashlight and a road map.
Yahoo is not a server, Mr. Genius. You should stay in your lane because your area of genius level knowledge obviously does not extend to technology. Yahoo owns and operates thousands of servers. I own and operate servers. Yahoo is not a server and neither am I. You wear shoes but you are not a shoe. Do you understand those simple distinctions?

Irony is referring to somebody else's post as the most ignorant statement ever typed in a post that actually is one of the most ignorant claims ever made in this forum.  :D

I knew you’d like that one, throwing you a little bone so you could have some joy every now and again, you sure haven’t had any since Nov. 3rd. And there’s not any on the horizon.

And oh, by the way, and I know Mr. Thread Police, this needs its own thread, I’ll start one on it soon, just want to get it out there—Biden is putting one hell of a cabinet together.
On the one hand, we have a pretend President-elect, a pretend Vice President-elect, and potentially a Democrat-controlled Senate that is champing at the bit to render the conservative majority on the U.S. Supreme Court powerless through court packing. On the other hand, we have a President who supports the 150 year American tradition of s Supreme Court consisting of nine members. That will not be the determining factor in who is sworn in as U.S. President on January 20, 2021, but I believe that it will ensure that Trump's lawsuits and those of his conservative allies will get fair hearings in federal courts, up to and including the current Supreme Court.

Finally something we can agree on, packing the court should not happen.  Trump has done some good things while in office, such as renegotiating some of the trade agreements, but extreme character flaws have ruined what could have been a successful Presidency.

Mark Levin delivers a great, concise explanation of the civil litigation process and the constitutional issues surrounding the Trump federal lawsuits concerning the 2020 election. He places most of the blame for the current legal mess on Chief Justice John Roberts.

As usual, Mr. Genius, you have no clue about what is going on. Certification of the Michigan election will have no bearing on litigation. There was widespread fraud in the election and the fate of Michigan's electoral votes will almost certainly be decided by the Supreme Court. The reason that Biden's transition team will be moving forward is that Trump approved the request - it had nothing to do with the certification of Michigan's election.

The only state more likely to flip from Biden to Trump than Michigan is Pennsylvania.

I stand corrected. Based on the article, the GSA made the determination to make funds available to Biden for a transition team. However, the article also makes clear that the award of funding is not a reflection of the state of the election, which will be determined in accordance with the Constitution.
No, I don't want it to be over. I love watching hoot right now. Spin, spin, spin. It has been great. I really believe he is pulling our leg. He knows that there is a discovery period where both sides gets to look at the evidence. He knows that has to be filed. Unleash the kracken, even though I believe Trump did on Sunday.

Oh yeah or nay Trump concedes election. I say nay. He never will

Do you really think that discovery is going to help Biden's case? Trump's legal team already has enough evidence to know what they will be looking for during discovery. They have hundreds of sworn affidavits and statistical evidence of fraud to guide them.

If Trump exhausts all legal options, he will concede. He would have no choice under the circumstances but to concede. It is much less likely that Biden will concede if Trump wins the election but that will not matter because he would be on the outside looking in.

I will be posting some evidence that I encourage you to examine. If you look at some of the evidence that is already available with an open mind, I do not believe that you will be quite as confident about Biden winning. There was a period during the Michigan vote count that nearly 400,000 votes were counted at a rate four times higher than the machines are physically able to count them, even if there had been no paper jams. There was a reason that the vote counts in five different battleground states were suspended on the night of the election.
Below is a link to an article that addresses alleged election fraud involving Dominion and other electronic voting systems used in Michigan. A link to the 9-page affidavit appears following the excerpt of the article. The affidavit contains the simplest explanation of some of the statistical evidence of widespread election fraud in Michigan that I have read. There are much more detailed analyses available elsewhere showing how statistical impossibilities in the updates of vote counts but this one will be easy for lawyers to grasp.

Quote:Kraken Unleashed? Official Affidavit Details Cyber Security Group’s Investigation Into The Mass Voter Fraud That Allegedly Involves Dominion, ES&S Election Management System And Others

On Tuesday, a publicly available affidavit written by Russell James Ramsland, Jr., a management team member of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC. (ASOG), was uploaded to website courtlistener.com.

In the signed affidavit, Ramsland provided a detailed overview of the investigation his company performed concerning potential cyber security threats during the 2020 election cycle.
Advanced hardware and software setups produced by ES&S Election Management System (EMS), Dominion Voting Systems, Premier Election Management System and others may have helped to facilitate these cyber security threats.

“Over the past three decades, almost all of the states have shifted from a relatively low-technology format to a high-technology format that relies heavily on a handful of private services companies,” Ramsland stated in his 9-page written testimony. “These private companies supply the hardware and software, often handle voter registrations, hold the voter records, partially manage the elections, program counting the votes and report the outcomes. Michigan is one of those states.”

Quote:“These systems contain a large number of vulnerabilities to hacking and tampering, both at the front end where Americans cast their votes, and at the back end where the votes are stored, tabulated, and reported. These vulnerabilities are well known, and experts in the field have written extensively about them.”

Ramsland continued, pointing out the discrepancies his team discovered while investigating the results from election day:

Quote:“My colleagues and I at ASOG have studied the information that is publicly available concerning the November 3, 2020, election results. Based on the significant anomalies and red flags that we have observed, we believe there is a significant probability that election results have been manipulated within the Dominion/Premier system in Michigan. Dr. Andrew Appel, Princeton Professor of Computer Science and Election Security Expert has observed, with reference to Dominion Voting machines, ‘I figured out how to make a slightly different computer program that just before the polls were closed it switches some votes around from one candidate to another. I wrote the computer program into a memory chip and now to hack a voting machine you just need 7 minutes alone with it and a screwdriver.'”

On page 4 of the affidavit, Ramsland discussed a number of red flags that were raised in Michigan during the ballot count:

Quote:“Something occurred in Michigan that is physically impossible, indicating the results were manipulated on election night within the EMS. The event as reflected in the data are the 4 spikes totaling 384,733 ballots allegedly processed in a combined interval of only 2 hour and 38 minutes. This is physically impossible given the equipment available at the 4 reference locations (precincts/townships) we looked at for processing ballots, and cross referencing that with both the time it took at each location and the performance specifications we obtained using the serial numbers of the scanning devices used.”

That's him. That was not a small, easily correctable error. It is a good thing that Powerline caught his error in time to correct or withdraw his affidavit. This is the kind of mistake people make when working long hours to meet tight deadlines. For something this important, you have to have your results independently checked by a second person.

Thanks for that Earth shattering news, Mr. Genius, but that certification will have zero impact on the federal lawsuit that has been filed.
Always willing to help out. You seemed to think Pennsylvania would be changing by your quoted post. Anyway the federal lawsuits are just a showboating measure by Trump to appease his minions and his ego. Not a snowball’s chance in hell of them changing the election.

^^ Better than what, the greatest economy we've ever had? Is it better for common everyday working Americans to be oppressively taxed to finance globalism than making the interests of America our first consideration? Is kissing up to our formidable enemies like Iran and China by ceding away our military secrets, and therefore our superiority in the biggest cyber bloodletting in history, better than a strong defense? Hitler wrote Mein Kampf and we ignored his manifesto. China and Iran both have announced similar intentions against our national sovereignty and still we trudge on mindlessly to the tune Chuck and Nancy play.

But this is what I will never get about organized labor. The Dems promise to drain you like Dracula and you just keep on voting Democrat. I get those who want a free ride doing it, but I don't get the working people.

Oh let's go ahead and get you started on that. The Green New Deal will cost, according to American Action Forum, [between $51–$93 trillion over the next decade. They estimate its potential cost at $600,000 per household.] You got an extra 600 thou laying around there vector#1? I can tell you as having been in the construction industry and knowing the pitfalls of trying to retrofit structures which are up to 100 years old to make them "energy efficient" (that is, energy efficient in the 'liberal vein'), that that 93 T figure is very likely low. Add reparations, guaranteed income, free healthcare, renewable energy and in fact, all the wants of life being declared human rights. There isn't enough money in the world because as I have opined in the past; the only thing that gives a substance or a service worth is if it is difficult to come by.

Take gold and silver for example. What really gives precious metals their worth? Like most everything else we have in this world, we dig it up out of the ground. In a sense precious metals are a lot like dirt, it's just that those precious metals comprise a very small percentage of dirt and that makes them much harder to come by. But where dirt is esteemed as nothing to a gold miner, if one wanted to build a house in a place where there were no trees to speak of for example, all of a sudden even dirt, clay, becomes great in value. Money is an idea based on trade. Artisans trade their skills for other goods or money. When that process is usurped or otherwise made obsolete by politicians promising to give everybody free stuff, the collapse of the economy of that nation is imminent. If and when antichrist offers the world free stuff, and he will, the collapse of the world economy will be imminent.

That very situation has happened already in history and it is soon coming again.
Ezekiel 7:19 (KJV)
“They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.”

This ^^ happened in the past.

Revelation 18: 10-17
10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

The foregoing Rev text is a description of the world system of finance, which will collapse in one hour. The disappearance of the good things of life will vanish suddenly, and that under the antichrist's tenure, or the 'one world government' if you prefer. The love affair the left has with this brotherhood of man idea, (ironically to be ultimately led and controlled by only one man) is the work product of the delusion that men have; which is that they can do things on their own. They don't need God or His advice, and economic collapse is what they will soon reap. Obviously men would be far better off to lavish their love on their Creator rather than to squander it on an unachievable pipe dream of their own imaginations. Because after all, Genesis 5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

So the left's unfortunate rush to globalism here in the US incorporates three main themes in my view. Secular humanism, wide spread welfare with free healthcare under the auspices of government, the cost of which is nearly incalculable. And the third pillar of the liberal economy killing triad is the irrational fear of fossil fuels usage due to what men call global warming.

Meeting the requirements of globalism,  which establishes the umbrella of compliance under which the new world order is being developed, are other notables not making the top tier of the triad. Born largely of the rejection of the heretofore conventional ideas of national heritage, state sovereignty, a strong military and a strong system of law enforcement, those compliance items are things like open borders and an attitude for lack of a better word to describe it, of general lawlessness. That along with the rejection of personal responsibility and forsaking the validity of morality as handed down to man from the hand of God, and in their place we are left with secular humanism, political correctness and social justice.

And so in recognition ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Biden-Harris platform.

Just rambles on with some BS and quotes versus from the bible
Two can play that game

Matthew 7:15-16 warns, “Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. By their fruits you will recognize them.”

For the time is coming when people will not endure sound[a] teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions,

This one here hits the nail on the head
As for a person who stirs up division, after warning him once and then twice, have nothing more to do with him

And poor Hooter he has foundered on the orange Kool Aid

Now where's your outrage on the 260,000 Americans dead under your boy Donald's watch
Would you act different if a democrat was in charge ?  just ask yourself that question
