Even though I live about two hours away from NC St. I have not seen them play this year. I really don't know what kind of team they are this year. I have seen UK play several times and it has been painful to watch. UK does not deserve to be in a bowl this year having a losing record (and all others with losing records should not be a bowl either).
That being said, I think NC St. wins by a couple of touchdowns.
