How is Breathitt, Jackson City, and Estill all rated ahead of Wolfe when Wolfe beat all of them? (Breathitt and Jackson by double digits)

I will tell you why, because I wasnt thinking about them.

I will say move Wolfe to 7th and drop the others down one. Good call reds fan. My mistake.
