Let me rephrase the question. Why has China Joe failed to deliver a speech to a Joint Session of Congress yet, a speech that has traditionally been given early in a president's first term in office?

The answer is pretty obvious. China Joe is not mentally fit to deliver a short speech, let alone a stem winder. Biden has still not spoken to Netanyahu - Kamala Harris took the call instead. 

How much longer are Democrats going to pretend that Biden is actually fulfilling the role of a president? They are already working to strip him of war powers that other recent presidents have had.

one reason could be that there have been violent threats on the Capitol and maybe it’s not a good idea to get our entire govt together while mindless MAGAites are out there thinking Trump is the rightful king

 Of course, that has to be the reason. Our federal government is afraid that despite the trillions of dollars this country has spent developing the world's most advanced weapons, it cannot protect Congress and its feeble president from unarmed mobs of the supporters of a former president. Of course they could but these are the entitled whites of America that would be smashed by our military might not black and brown people. Neither establishment wants the look of that see January 6th. 

Are you gonna watch ?  Do you really care other than just griping?
