The crackhead says that the laptop could have been stolen or hacked by the Russians but he has not denied that it could have come from the repair shop, just as the owner claimed. The FBI took possession of the laptop from the owner of the repair shop - after he had made copies of its hard drive. The information in the old article that you posted from the left wing businessinsider.com website has been thoroughly debunked.

To summarize, in case you missed it the first few dozen times that this information has been posted, the laptop belonged to Hunter Biden and the FBI has the laptop. There are probably way too many copies of the hard drive for Democrats to be able to find them all and try to cover up the truth.
