Paintsville is very hot but they were in survival mode against Belfry tonight. One of the biggest moments in the game for me was when it was 39-39, Sal Dean had a 3 pointer rim out and then Connor Fugate hits a deep 3 pointer for Paintsville. Belfry was trying to play catch up the rest of the game.

Congratulations Coach Slone and the Tigers. Big game for the Fugate brothers as they carried the Tigers on their back tonight. Just an ugly overall game but the Tigers survive and advance.

Free throw shooting played a large part in the outcome. Paintsville hit pretty much all of theirs down the stretch and Belfry missed the one they had to have.
