If cancer could talk

John lives a long a fruitful life, good career, family, friends etc. Then one day after an exam the test results come back and it's cancer. Inside the body which has served with distinction throughout the John's life...  a battle rages. Outwardly while he still looks the same and acts the same, within him the ravages of life and death compete.

While the cancer wants to completely take over the body it proudly proclaims, all you non-cancer cells are un-John. We want to move the body forward. The John cells which formed in his mother's womb and which have always comprised the person of John all know better. But cancer doesn't care about all that, it has come to destroy that which was.

Thusly I give you the basis and mindless nature of the Cardfan rationale.
