The difference is Biden will allow justice to be served instead of the previous President who stood in the way of justice so Flynn wouldn't sing on him.

I believe that the FBI knew that Sussman was lying. Mueller tried to trap Flynn after his investigation had already learned that the allegations of Russian collusion were a hoax. In the case of Sussman, he lied to the FBI to protect Clinton and the DNC but Comey didn't care because he was a party to the hoax and accepting Sussman's lie at face value was a part of the cover-up.

Mueller completed his investigation and Trump did not interfere in the investigation. Trump fired Comey because he is a liar and a crook.

Sussmen was working with Dems and Flynn was working for Trump.  

Flynn lied to Pence and the FBI.  He admitted he lied in court.  He was pardoned by Trump not exonerated.

Russian collusion was a hoax. Sussman was part of the hoax. Clinton, Comey, Obama, and Biden were part of the hoax. The Steele dossier was paid for by the Democrats and presented to the FISA Court as hard evidence. John Durham is investigating a real crime. Mueller and his team of Democrat lawyers were covering up a hoax. The source of the political hackery, in this case, is becoming very clear. The hoax is all on the Democrats and you are still acting as if Trump was colluding with the Russians. The problem for you is that the conservatives who post here figured out the truth about the Democrat hoaxters and their cheerleaders a long time ago. Thanks to you and your ilk, we have had a lot of practice in separating truth from fiction.
