No doubt. Russell seems to have righted the ship. Rowan, on the other hand, continues to be an enigma with Ford. They’re mentioned among the favorites every year and Ford puts up big numbers, but they never win in the end. It’s looking more and more like it’s going to be the same teams at the region. Right now, I’d rank Boyd, Russell, Ashland, and Rowan in that order.
