Ronald Reagan played the part of President very well...well, until the last several years when the whisperings of Alzheimers diminished his abilities. Of course, unlike Reagan, I believe that the strength of the federal government is necessary because human beings are desperately wicked and that the rich will devour the poor unless restrained.
