Why is it that Congress won't pass this legislation, or constitutional amendment if needed??
Its obvious that people are scared their pork will be 'cooked'.....
We need another "Contract with America". NOW!
Clinton wanted the line-item veto, and the Republican Revolution gave it to him.. then Rudy comes along and messes things up. lol. No seriously, it was obviously unconstitutional as written. But since modified and conforming to the supreme court ruling, why hasn't it been passed?
Washington is out of control. And its time for another revolution.
