Not the 13th's day against the 11th.

Not shocked by the outcome or by the final margin. Douglass has the type of team that can give Harlan County fits. Probably the kind of game that will make both teams better in the long run.

It was a really worse than the final score Noah hit two late long 3's with Douglass up 16.

Douglass led 68-63 with 2:27 left. Boone kid scored 8 straight to make it 76-63 in the last minute. Huff then hit a 3 to cut it to 10. Then Boone and Huff traded 3s.

A team that shot under 30 percent on the season from three coming into the game shot 48 percent going 11/23. They average 5.6 a game. Harlan county will be fine, but this game shows that an athletic team that can get hot from outside will give them problems at Rupp. They can matchup and have a shot to win against about anyone not named Great crossing, but could fall to pikeville if they go 4-22 from deep and miss 8 free throws. As long as the matchups at rupp work in their favor and they have an average night, i think they have a shot at the final four if not runner up. FD is an amazing team, the 6 losses are all against top 20 teams that would be 1st or 2nd if they were in the 13th region. They would be a great team to watch at rupp, but won’t make it because the 11th region is so stacked.

Harlan hasn't made it to Rupp yet, they are some teams that's coming together at the right time. Clay co being one of them. If that game happens that will be a nightmare of a match up for Harlan.
