Hard to go against the state champs here, but you have to think Corbin still has a bad taste in its mouth and wants to get back to Lexington after that "balk" against Central Hardin in 2022

I don’t know how good Rockcastle really is, but Whitley went to Rock and beat them 19-0 tonight and threw a one hitter.

Yea, if you’re not those top 4 you’re not winning.
And three in the same district. Just another reason to end district play and go to round robin region play. One of those teams will be better than everyone else but have to sit at home during region time.

Whitley beat SW in 5 innings and beat Harlan County in 3 this week.

Corbin didn’t play again I don’t think. Not sure if south has either.

Clay beat someone but nobody good.

Kind of a quiet week this week

Here is what I’ve seen so far this season

Top tier (chance to win region)
1. Corbin
2. Clay
3. Whitley
4. South Laurel

2nd tier (may compete with one of the top 4 on any given day but not likely to win the region)
5. Harlan County
6. Knox Central
Huge drop off from here on with little chance to beat any of the top 4
