I like the hire, Casey needs some stability and Coach Hatter is a guy who isn’t looking to go anywhere but where he is at. He has an up hill climb IMO, but he will put in the work that’s needed. He isn’t so arrogant that he won’t ask for help and ask others opinions. I hope he does well, and I think he will, but patience from everyone will be key IMO.

Congrats to Coach Hatter! Will is a good young coach in that area and hopefully can bring some stability to Casey County. I also think it's a great thing to see Casey County stay in house and hire a assistant coach looking for a job. I hope that trend continues in the future.
