Yesterday was the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby.  Mystic Dan won in what was called a photo finish. 

Do any of you follow the derby?  Do you attend derby parties or have you ever attended a Kentucky Derby?

I saw that Reed Shepperd was at the derby.  More power to him.  NIL must be sweet.

I try to educated myself on the horses a couple weeks leading up to the derby. I also try to at least catch a replay of the derby every year. I have never attended a derby party or the derby.

I used to watch the Derby every year, but since the euthenization of Eight Belles, I haven't watched another one. I was flipping channels Saturday and just happened on the race. I did watch it this year.

Like Granny said, I used to watch every year. Not any longer.
