Lakers Trade
#1
Should help the Lakers out more than hurt them, except the 2 1st round picks.

Good trade IMO.

All the experts think this trade should make the Lakers contenders in the Pacific, especially in the next few seasons.

The Lakers traded Kwame Brown, Javaris Crittenton, two first-round draft picks, and , I believe, the rights to Aaron McKie to Memphis for Pau Gasol and a 2010 2nd round draft pick.

Wow, Should help the Lakers out a lot. IMO.
#7
yea Kobe finally gets some help, every since Shaq left is had basically been a o1 man show in LA
#8
Should help the Lakers but it hurt giving up the 2 1st round draft picks.

First round draft picks in the NBA are the most overrated in any sport.... if you dont have a lottery pick, it's basically a crapshoot.... where in the NFL draft picks are the franchise makers/breakers, the NBA is more about having one or two star players more than a complete cast... the 12th man on the NBA roster hardly plays, the backups on an NFL team will start atleast once during the season a significant amount of the time...

Excellent trade for the Lakers....

This helped the Lakers in so many ways....Now Kobe has someone to share some of the scoring load from him and Gasol being a all star dont hurt either....The Lakers really needed a post player when Byuim went down...look for the Lakers to be right in the mix during Playoff time....
