Pilgrim could make big contributions if Patterson goes pro after next year.

I hope BCG can resolve his discipline problems.

His stats don't look like much, but he averaged more than that his freshman year. Last year the coach decided to play run and gun, taking Pilgram out of the offense. He will have to sit out a year, but will be able to practice with the team. So with one full year of Billy G practices under his belt, he should be able to contribute quite a bit for the 09 season.

From what I could find, he wasn't ranked coming out of high school, and the only schools to choose from were Hampton, St. Louis, and Cleveland St. I did find this link on nbadraft.net that explains how he has NBA potential.
